An illustration, not an offer or a promise. Net yield is income after running costs, which on a managed property are often around 25% of gross income. Real returns depend on the property, tenant demand, vacancies and the market, and can be lower. We show you the numbers for a specific property before you commit.

Common questions
What is fractional ownership?
You buy a share of a property rather than the whole of it. You and the other owners split the purchase price, the running costs and the income in proportion to your shares. Peermont manages the property for everyone.
What is the minimum investment?
It depends on the property. Each listing shows its share price where fractional ownership is available.
How and when are returns paid?
Net income is paid to owners by bank transfer on the schedule set out in your ownership agreement, with a statement showing income, costs and your share.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Income depends on demand, costs and the market. We show you realistic projections for each property and report actual results to you regularly.
Can I sell my share later?
Yes, under the terms of your ownership agreement. Selling can take time, so treat it as a medium- to long-term investment.
