This notice explains what Peermont Realty collects through this website and how it is used, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book an inspection or subscribe, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, budget and message.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, arrange inspections, send the updates you asked for and keep records of our conversations with you. We do not sell your data.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase. Access is limited to Peermont staff who need it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time, by contacting us on 0704 723 4710.
